#GivingTuesdayNow a global day of unity to take place on May 5, 2020, is a response to the unprecedented need caused by COVID-19.
In order to support our families and patients, we are raising funds for our Emergency Assistance Program.
It takes
$500 to assist with rent
$250 to assist with groceries
$139 to process an emergency assistance application
$50 to provide meal/transportation assistance for an out of town medical appointment
$23 to provide advocacy for a community member
