The holidays are fast-approaching. Each year, the HFNC bleeding disorders community comes together to connect, welcome new families and celebrate. In 2019 we will host 3 holiday parties in Northern California (Oakland, South Bay and Fresno). One of our important traditions is handing out holiday presents to the children of our community. For some, this may be the only gift they get this December.
This year, we still need funding to make this program a reality. Many of our biggest supporters are not able to fund holiday parties anymore, and it therefore falls to us as a community to make sure that our kids and teens still get to experience the joy as we celebrate a special time of the year together.
In honor of our amazing HFNC community, I would love for you to join us for #GivingTuesday this year on December 3, 2019. We’ve set a goal of $3,000 to be split equally among the 3 holiday parties, and we can’t reach it without you.
